SHIPPING POLICY

ORDER PROCESSING

Please allow 2-5 days to process and fulfill in-stock items of your order. Choosing FedEx 2 Day shipping at checkout does not mean your order will be delivered two days after receiving your order, only that it will be fulfilled as normal and ship out using your chosen method.

Expect an email within one (1) week to let you know your order is on the way! Please note that products that note a longer lead time will not ship out within the 2-5 days mentioned above.

Please note that once an order is picked up by a shipping carrier from our shop, we cannot guarantee a delivery date. Your tracking number contained in your shipment email will serve as a guide as to when to expect delivery.

Some of our products aren't shipped from our warehouse and we are at the mercy of our vendor's estimated ship dates. Once we are notified that an order has shipped, we will provide a tracking number via email.

If you have a specific event or anticipated delivery date, please call or email shop@millstonenursey.com before placing your order.

DELIVERY 

Millstone is not responsible for packages once they are delivered by a shipping carrier. Please double-check your shipping address to ensure it is properly delivered.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We happy to offer international shipping to the certain countries. To place an order for international shipping, please email shop@millstonenursery.com first and we'll work to provide a shipping estimate.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Millstone Market & Nursery is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
